ARTICLE 1 - Parties

8.4 Listing owners and providers should not provide false information about the guest's accommodation. If he has given misleading information about the advertisement, the guest has the right to cancel the reservation.
8.5 The compulsory insurance, tax and similar obligations related to the accommodation will be met by the advertiser.
8.6 In the following cases, the guest has the right to cancel the reservation unconditionally.
* Inability of the guest to reach the advertiser
* Wrong address statement in the advertisement
* False and misleading advertisements
* Serious cleaning problem
* Death in the family (proof is required)
* Natural disaster in the destination area
* Different types of ad and the place of delivery
8.7 According to the Laws of the Republic of Turkey, "daily rented houses" have been added to the facilities listed in the 1st paragraph of Article 2 of the Identity Reporting Law No. 1774.
