The villa has a private parking area for 2 cars at the entrance, from where you can access your private swimming pool/garden area and the main entrance.
On the ground floor of our duplex villa, there is a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a washer and dryer, and another bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Both rooms have exquisite sea and sunset views. The lower floor includes a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and sea views, an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This floor leads to the garden/swimming pool area, where we expect you to spend a large part of your holiday, and the veranda where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
Our villa is 50 minutes by car from Milas Bodrum Airport, 20 minutes from Bodrum center, and 5 minutes from Yalıkavak Marina and beaches, home to world-famous brands. It's in a great location for those who want to be secluded while still enjoying the entertainment.
For years, it has been one of the most important fishing centers on the Turkish coast of the Aegean, a harbor where fishermen and sponge divers' boats have taken refuge. Today, most of the local population is still seafaring. Yalıkavak coexists with the hard work of fishing on one hand, and the touristic aspects of the modern age, such as cafes, restaurants, and bars, on the other. With fishing boats unloading their catch and gleaming yachts disembarking their passengers, it's a bustling yet relaxing place with a unique atmosphere that is both friendly and welcoming to both locals and foreigners.
