Our villa has a private pool and garden, 2 living rooms, 2 built-in kitchens and 5 bedrooms.
On the ground floor of our 3-storey villa, there is a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a laundry room, a bathroom-toilet with shower cabin, and a dining table. The downstairs hall and bedrooms open to the pool and garden through large glass doors.
In the middle (ground) floor, there is the main hall, built-in kitchen, dining table, a toilet and a cloakroom.
The upper floor has a small corridor, bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One of the 3 bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. Two of the rooms are double and one has two single beds.
Our villa also has a video intercom and anti-theft alarm system. Our villa, which is only 850 meters from the sea, is within walking distance to public transportation, the main road and shopping centers.
Electricity and water are charged according to usage.
One-time 700 TL cleaning fee and 5000 TL refundable damage deposit is charged.
Torba is one of the most beautiful bays of Bodrum and the closest to the center. Its name is known especially when famous hotels such as Rixos and Kervansaray are found nearby.
