In the common areas of the project, there are private parking spaces, a tennis court (also used as a basketball and volleyball court), a communal swimming pool and a children's playground. Cleaning, laundry and shopping Residence services are provided from the reception and consultant office on the site for a certain fee. Airport arrival and departure transfers are also offered free of charge to Site Guests.

Bodrum Milas Airport is 25 km away. Full payment is requested at the booking stage. However, within these conditions, cancellation conditions apply. In prepaid requests, at least 50% down payment is taken, in case of any cancellation, the payment received will not be refunded.
