Our detached villa for rent is a three-story villa with 450 m² of interior living space, comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, an open-plan kitchen, 3 bathrooms (one en-suite), and a toilet/washbasin.
Ground Floor: A stone-walled living room with sea and castle views, 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom, and a 55 m² private pool located within a lawn garden with a large poolside terrace offering panoramic sea views, perfect for enjoying your drinks or coffee during your holiday.
First Floor: A very spacious living room with sea views, a dining area, a large kitchen equipped with all appliances and tools, a seating area for breakfast and a balcony with a barbecue, 1 bathroom, and a large balcony with sea and castle views.
Second Floor: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom where you can wake up to sea and castle views. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a jacuzzi.
The stone-built living room on the garden level of your villa has air conditioning, and each bedroom and master bathroom also have air conditioning. Hot water, TV/satellite channels, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, complete kitchen utensils, iron/ironing board, dining table and seating area, balcony table and seating area are available.
Our villa also has a garage for 2 cars.
Electricity usage must be paid by the tenant depending on the amount used. A one-time cleaning fee of €85 is charged.
